RACHEL- OWNER & FOUNDER
Originally from the cornfields of the Kansas side of Kansas City, Rachel made the move to the wilderness of northwest Montana during the summer of 2020, which is where the name “Field to Forest” comes from. Before the inception of her agency, she spent a collective 10 years as a children’s swim instructor, ski instructor, and professional nanny. Growing up in Alaska, Rachel was introduced at a young age to the bigness of life and the wonder it holds when you choose to step outside. Today, she’s grateful for an outlet to pass that same magic on to young kids in the form of creative and intentional childcare experiences for both guests and visitors of the Flathead Valley.

From her home in Wisconsin, all the way to California, Texas, and Alaska, Anna fell in love with the Big Sky state and is now here to stay! Anna has been a part of our team since early 2021, where she assumed the role of one of our (amazing!) babysitters. After years of glowing reviews and positive feedback from dozens of families with kiddos of all ages, we’re over the moon to welcome Anna into the role of Manager for our F2F family! With almost two decades as a professional nanny and prior experience as a Placement Specialist for a Nanny Agency in San Antonio, Texas, Anna knows the business of childcare and aims to provide an intentional, streamlined experience for families and sitters alike in her new role

Elizabeth is an architect and freelance designer who has been part of the team since day one, working with Rachel to make the heart of Field to Forest come alive with plenty of color and squigglies. When she’s not drafting building plans, fixing this pesky website, or hanging out with your sweet kiddos, you can find Elizabeth backpacking, skiing, diving into chilly alpine lakes, and throwing pottery
